There is also a free town shuttle system that stops at Canyon Lodge day and night. Some of the many activities in the area, besides world class skiing and boarding, include cross country skiing at Tamarack Lodge, snowmobiling at various locations, ice skating at the town ice rink, sledding and tubing at Woolly’s Tube Park, Sno Cat tours at Mammoth Mountain Inn and of course plenty of shopping and dining in the town itself.
